Make Friends Get Clients is a six-month 1:1 coaching program where we’ll build the organic growth and client-acquisition systems you need to consistently land 1–2 new coaching clients every month.

And we’ll do it by fixing the two things most coaches are missing:

A reliable way to generate organic attention and trust.

And a repeatable system for turning that attention into leads and clients.

The Make Friends Get Clients System

1. Give the Right People a Reason to Follow You

People should quickly understand who you are, what you’re known for, and how you can help them. We'll dial that in fast.

But that's not enough.

We’ll also give the right people a reason to follow you now and inject enough of your personality into your account that they don’t just care about what you know. They want to get to know you, too.

That's more important than people realize and gives us a much stronger foundation for everything that comes next.

2. Build Your Relationship-Driven Growth Engine

This is the heart of Make Friends Get Clients.

Using a simple daily relationship-building process, you’ll build a growing circle of friends, supporters, and other creators who know you, trust you, and genuinely want to see you succeed.

This creates the organic growth, reach, and trust that reliably feed your client-acquisition system every month.

3. Get Clients Coming to You

Growth doesn't matter much to your coaching business if qualified leads never find your offer.

So we'll build the rest of your client-acquisition system to solve just that.

We'll create touchpoints throughout your Substack so the right people quickly understand how you can help them and regularly come across your offer.

Then we'll build simple, ongoing ways to send people to it through your notes, posts, emails, profile, conversations, and more, without constantly pitching, feeling salesy, or EVER pushing it onto someone who hasn't asked to learn more.

And because you'll use the ONP Content Strategy (offer, niche, personal), your coaching stays visible without your entire account turning into one big promotion.

Then we'll watch what happens:

Traffic → calls → clients.

If you aren't getting enough traffic, we'll work on traffic.

If people are visiting but not booking, we'll figure out why.

If you're getting calls but not closing them, we'll work on the offer and sales process.

Over our six months together, we’ll keep refining the system to help you consistently land 1–2 clients per month.

We remove the guesswork and build a sustainable system you understand inside and out, so you can keep it running long after we're done.

But This Isn't for Everyone

Make Friends Get Clients is for coaches who already have a validated offer. You should have an offer people have paid for and know you can deliver on. If you're still figuring out what to sell or trying to land your first few clients, this isn't the right program for you.

Also, you need to actually build relationships.

You won't learn persuasion tricks to manipulate people into buying, hacks that generate instant sales, or ways to fake your way into people's circles.

You need to be willing to show up consistently, genuinely support people you like, and become the kind of person others want to know, support, and eventually buy from.

If you're looking for a shortcut, this isn't it.

But if you're willing to do that work, I'll give you the system and help you build it every step of the way.

This is hands-on coaching, not a course or a rigid curriculum.

We'll look at your business, figure out what's keeping you from landing clients consistently, and work on whatever needs to improve next.
